About Us
Nana, Dean, Emily, Jess, Colin & Max, Tina, Matt Kia Ora ! Tina, Colin and Family welcome you to our park, and as your hosts we will try to do everything we can to make you and your party comfortable during your stay. We are a friendly family run campground catering for all types of accommodation, and situated by the beautiful trout-filled Motueka river in Tapawera, Kahurangi Gateway. Our kids are of varying ages and familiar with the locale, so can also advise on park and nearby fun activities for our younger visitors. For more pictures of us and the surrounding area click HERE. The park is the closest to the eastern side of the Wangapeka track, and Tapawera proudly displays it's beautiful Kahurangi Gateway landmark in the village centre just 50 metres from our park. As Kahurangi neighbours we are seeking to promote and offer many services for those seeking to explore this most beautiful walkway, as well as the equally close Mt Arthur track and even our very own Shedwood track (opposite the park and with stunning views from the top !). We also have excellent trout fishing in the Motueka and Wangapeka rivers, and many other recreational river and countryside activities are readily available, as well as numerous local attractions. |
